Yamato Transport's official app allows you to quickly check your package information and conveniently and comfortably use "receive" and "send" functions.

Services currently available:

• Package Search: Provides information on the delivery status of packages in possession of Yamato Transport, allows changes to the reception date, time slot, and receipt location, and displays the delivery status of packages in the notification center.
• My Package List: Centralized management of package information sent or received by customers.
• Package Details: Select a package from My Package List to view more detailed package information.
• Date/Location Changes and Redelivery Requests: Allows changes to the reception date, time slot, and receipt location of packages, and accepts requests for redelivery date, time slot, and receipt location changes for packages that could not be delivered due to absence.
• Over-the-Counter Receipt Service: Allows customers to receive packages at a designated location (such as our office or a convenience store) at a convenient timing.
